Government of Ghana Adopts New Mercury-Free Guidelines (20 November 2025)  

 Following extensive consultations that included data from our partner monitoring networks, the Minerals Commission has issued strengthened mercury-phase-out regulations. The TerraVita Foundation is already supporting enforcement pilots in Obuasi and Tarkwa.
